Reading an analysis
How to challenge a pick, interpret confidence, and avoid turning a model output into certainty.

01
Start with the selection
Confirm the bet type, side, and referenced line. A side without its price or spread is incomplete because a market can move enough to change the underlying proposition.
02
Read the argument
Separate evidence from narrative. Strong reasoning identifies the market facts, matchup assumptions, counterarguments, and what would make the position wrong.
03
Interpret confidence
High confidence means the available signals align more strongly under the current framework. Low confidence means the model still selected a side but found thin, incomplete, or conflicting support. Every tier can lose.
04
Verify before acting
Check the latest line, injuries, lineup news, game time, and market availability independently. Data can change after an analysis is generated, and the original pick should not silently move with it.
