Legal / Terms
Terms built for a private beta.
The rules, product limits, and responsibilities that apply when you use SportsPulse.
Effective August 30, 2026
01
Acceptance
These Terms govern access to SportsPulse.io and the SportsPulse private beta. By using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02
Eligibility and early access
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and meet the legal age for sports wagering where you live. The beta is invitation-only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, features, or future pricing.
You may use the service only where lawful. You are responsible for understanding rules that apply in your location.
03
What SportsPulse provides
SportsPulse provides sports data, market observations, statistical outputs, alerts, and AI-generated analysis for informational and research purposes. It is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
SportsPulse does not accept wagers or place orders. Kalshi data, when shown, is read-only market context; the service has no Kalshi order-placement capability.
04
Data and AI limitations
Odds, scores, injuries, public betting figures, and other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. AI and mathematical models rely on assumptions and can produce inaccurate, inconsistent, or outdated conclusions.
A pick, confidence label, probability, expected-value calculation, or Kelly figure is not a guarantee or instruction. Low confidence still represents a model selection, not proof of an edge.
05
Accounts
- Keep credentials confidential and use only your own account.
- Provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- We may limit or revoke beta access to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or manage capacity.
- You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
06
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service; bypass access controls or rate limits; scrape or copy the service at unreasonable volume; probe for vulnerabilities; introduce malicious code; interfere with other users; impersonate anyone; use the service unlawfully; or use outputs to build a competing dataset or model without permission.
Good-faith security reports and ordinary personal use are not prohibited by this section.
07
Third-party services and data
The service may display or link to information from data providers and other third parties. Their names and marks belong to their owners. Third-party availability, accuracy, and terms are outside our control, and a link or data integration does not imply endorsement.
08
Ownership and feedback
SportsPulse and its licensors retain rights in the service, design, software, compilation, and original content. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service during your access period.
If you send product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but this does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing material.
09
Beta availability and changes
The service may change, break, pause, or end. Features, sports coverage, data sources, access rules, and limits may be modified during beta. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of every beta feature.
10
Responsible use
Sports wagering involves risk and may be addictive. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Set time and spending limits and seek help if gambling causes harm.
See our Risk Disclaimer and responsible-gambling guide.
11
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or profitability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsPulse and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, wagering losses, or reliance on an analysis output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, service shutdown, or beta-capacity decision. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
14
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the service or email. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
